in collaboration with AFEA The former granary is transformed into a cooperative housing structure based on a simple, almost generic spatial framework. A series of equally sized rooms avoids predefined functions; their use – bedroom, workspace, studio or living room – emerges through arrangement and collective organization rather than fixed typology.

Through the cooperative model, units can expand or contract over time, allowing for a wide range of living constellations – from many small apartments to one large shared dwelling. The project proposes an adaptable housing system that supports changing needs while strengthening community in a rural context.
