The building stays what it is: a large, generous structure. Instead of fixing it into a finished product, it is kept open — a framework that can be divided, expanded and shaped over time. Living, working, gathering: the uses are not prescribed but emerge through how the space is taken and shared.

The building is organised as a climatic sequence. Only one half is fully heated; the other becomes winter garden and transitional zone — a buffer between inside and outside. This layered approach reduces energy while creating depth, light and seasonal variation.
