The project is located in the historic village of Lastovo on the island of Lastovo. Once a vibrant community hub, the building served as a meeting place for locals and gained prominence in 2004 as the main filming location for the movie Pipermint.

In the years that followed, like many structures in the village, the building fell into disrepair due to unclear ownership conditions. Now, it is undergoing a thoughtful renovation aimed at revitalizing the village and halting further decay of its historic architecture.

It is now being renovated with the aim of reviving the village and stop the decay.

Completion is scheduled for spring 2025.
