Leucht-Wasser-Turm mit Winter-Strom-Garten is a winning entry in Kiel, transforming an old brick building into a community space. A screen tower is added to the ensemble, recalling the historical presence of a gate once standing on the site, while the surrounding structure is carefully repaired rather than replaced.
